SESSIONS
SESSIONS are 90 minute practices by position designed to break down different aspects of that position. SESSIONS are taught by players and coaches who have first hand experience in those specific positions. The idea is to focus on individual positions so that players may bring the skills learned to team practices so they may spend more time on team oriented concepts and drills.
WINTER SESSIONS
Thursday nights 6:30-8:00 @ Soccer Stop in Holland, Mini Field
11/7- OFF SKILLS: Open to offensive players 8th grade through High School
11/14- OFF SKILLS: Open to offensive players 7th grade through U8
11/21- FACEOFF: Open to all West Side Faceoff Mids
12/5- GOALIES: RESCHEDULED
12/12-GOALIES: Open to all West Side Goalies, Boys and Girls
12/19- DEFENSE: Open to Defensive players 7th grade through U8
1/9- DEFENSE: Open to Defensive players 8th grade through High School
1/16- OFF SKILLS 2: Open to offensive players 8th grade through High School
1/23- OFF SKILL 2: Open to offensive players 7th grade through U8
1/30- GIRLS SKILLS: Stick Skills, Dodging & Shooting
2/6- DEFENSE: Open to Defensive players 7th grade through U8
2/13- DEFENSE: Open to Defensive players 8th grade through High School
2/20- FACEOFF: Open to all West Side Faceoff Mids
2/27- GOALIES: Open to all West Side Goalies, Boys and Girls
